PVZ GW2 can't run

Whenever i start the game on steam, it loads onto the loading screen and'll crash when its done loading, after that it just opened ea app without any errors. I've tried :

• Reinstalling the game
• Installing Visual C++ 2013 and updating directx
• Ran it as administrator
• Updated my gpu driver to its latest version
• Verified my game files through steam
• Ran an antivirus

What else can i do that can fix this issue?
