pvz gw2 data problem

Please help, last year i had this problem where all my save data was gone, idk what i did but i know its the same email from before and idk if i had changed any game files. One day last year i woke up to all my save data being gone and being sent back to the tutorial, so i just did it thinking it would go back to normal but nope. Everything was still gone. Even after a year everything is still gone on my account. On the ea app it even says i have a few minutes of gametime but on steam it has the proof of the hours and achievements ive aquired in this game. How can i get my data back?
