Hi if your on pc you can see if a mod can solve your problem because ea will do nothing about it and your savefile is on the ea server not ur pc so you cant do anything on your side unless you mod the game to change your savefile directly... Use frosty mod manager and frosty fix to mod the game and search in nexus mod or gamebanana to download the mods
