I have never had this issue until recently. It's been going on for months now... probably longer. Something is wrong with the game itself. It's not me because trust me, I'm not the kind of person who doesn't know their way around networking issues. When I say I've tried everything, I mean EVERYTHING that could have possibly been an issue on MY end.... nothing has worked. Inviting people to public multiplayer is NEVER an issue. It's only anything private... Even Garden Ops and stuff like that is affected. People cannot join me, and I cannot join them in a private match, even if it's a public Garden Ops, still nothing.
