Pvz heroes - still can’t get the beta carotina hero

played for years

never got the hero beta carotina and never get offered it or despite opening packs that have hero chance

cant complete those missions … or start them.

few weeks ago saw a special pack that allowed to get the hero… and maybe it’s the algo, but this was just after I spent 2000 diamonds on packs to find the hero… then offered me to buy them for 1000 (which I just spent).

1st time in years I have even had the chance.

maybe a bug but can I get this last hero please
