PvZH Account Lost
(I'll be reposting this over and over until EA resolves this issue)
Recently I had to delete PvZH due to storage management. Somehow my account was reset right after. I'm pretty sure Game Center managed to recover my progress several times before, even when I changed devices, so not sure why it isn't working right now.
Supplementary Information:
-Because I never foresaw this possibility (iOS syncs via Game Center, and I haven't played on another system yet), I do not have access to my player ID.
-I only know my username (which is unique per player, cannot be changed, and must be created in order to play online) and it's still occupied so I think it can be used to find my account again. Once that is done I need it to be linked to my EA account so I don't run the risk of losing my progress again.
-Every single EA advisor repeated the same thing - Submit a ticket through in-game support, which brings me out of the game and to the EA support site. I saw no success reaching their so-called dedicated mobile team and don't even think it exists as of now. Almost all tickets I've opened are marked as "fixed" even though the issue clearly persists and the only thing they offer is a half-baked apology or a copypasted link of their unhelpful support article.
