PvZH Mislabeled Drop Rates

PvZ Heroes' new v1.63.37 update, released today, has new Drop Rates listed for its packs! However, they're listed as percents, and are not multiplied by 100, so a pack with 10 possible rares (and a guaranteed rare slot) lists "Drop rates for each: 0.100%" instead of the correct "10.0%"

Additionally, players are given 6 cards when they open a pack, and these numbers do not account for that. (One is guaranteed to be a Rare (or higher?), some may be higher rarity, and the rest are all uncommon.) Technically the Drop Rate numbers should account for that—all cards are more likely than listed to be opened at least once per pack.
