@CyberGolab I normally do not suggest this because it is a hassle, but have you done any type of reset on the original device itself? I'm glad it works but we want it to work on your main device too!

This is also happening on my new phone. Tutorial plays fine, get black screen trying to sync. Plays fine on old phone still.
- @sKillfLow Reinstalled again, and instead of selecting play, I instead selected Connect, this causes a freeze with option to wait or force close. Something is extremely broken with the sync in this app now.

@sKillfLow @CyberGolab Does this issue only happen on the original device you play on when you try to log into your account? Without logging in, your game loads fine yes?

This happens on my new device/phone Samsung A54. I would be worried doing any type of uninstall/reinstall/sync on my old Samsung A20 for fear of losing access to all my cards. Correct, if I start from scratch, no issues. Problems, only occur when trying to sync my account onto the new device.

@sKillfLow As long as you have your account linked to GP, iOS, FB of whichever login you use on that device for that game, uninstalling and reinstalling wouldn't affect anything. Being linked is what matters.
What if I have the same sync problems on that device? It's definitely a sync problem for what appears a lot of us. I could try a sync to Bluestacks?

@sKillfLow So what would happen is that I would need players to post this as a bug report with the following info. Once I have everyone's info, I send it on up after players have tried to troubleshoot it. Some players say its working on another device and not the main one, while others say getting it to sync on a second device and going to back to the main device with a reinstall resolved it.
I need enough players saying that no steps at all work before i can escalate them to the team.

- Current App Store Region:
- Date/time issue occurred
- What type of issue do you have?

- Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
- What happens when the bug occurs?

This finally resolved... and maybe the team can research why it's like this. Essentially, comparing and contrasting between my older Samsung A20 (that plays) vs. the new Samsung A54 (that had issues syncing), I noticed that on my older phone the PvZ Heroes was launching via Samsung Gaming Hub™️. So on my new phone, I went to the hub and added PvZ. No issues launching and my account sync'd no problem. Annoying, but at least we have the reason. Samsung seems to need PvZ to run in this container in order to sync data.
