@NapsNapz_ Playing some catch-up today - has anything improved for you on this one?

@EA_Shepard Just checked and sadly everything is still the same, no improvements at all

@NapsNapz_ I took a look at your file, and there are quite a few Windows errors, HDD errors, and system file errors causing quite a few issues.

What I would start with is a lot of updates to the system.

• Check for Windows Updates
• Run the System File Checker tool - Run a system scan for both Windows and your HDD
• Check for GPU updates - if the system is using the Intel chipset and you don't have a physical GPU, go to Intel's site and update what drivers are the most recent
• Run the Windows troubleshooting tools
• Change UAC Controls within Windows (change back once tested)

Then try the following once everything is up to date. This could be a simple system update/repair or a program blocking an online connection. You can get blocked in Windows when trying to access an online server versus just getting into the game.

• Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
• Try the Game in different Compatibility settings
• Try Safe Mode with Networking
• Try a new Windows Account

@EA_Shepard It actually worked!!! I launched the game in clean boot and realized that the trouble maker here was a background app. Thanks a million, hope the zombies don't eat your brains!
