It seems like you said these things in April. Has EA done anything in the past two months？

@pvz2023 Because I did say them in April when it was first escalated and then no contacts for almost 2 moths. Now it has to be escalated back up to have reviewed.

I have the same issue to connecting to asian server ,and it has been two month that I play GW2 on Europe or East NA server and suffer from high ping.

Looking forward to the early resolution of this issue。

Has the team identified what has caused the issue? Presumably, there is a team. What is the timeline?

Hey, folks

All of the newer examples have been sent up for review on the issue. I have not seen an update but they are aware. 

These issues can be rough since there is no longer an official team. Others do have to jump in and take a look at the game, servers, etc!

Once there is an update we will let you know. You may just see an update before we have a chance to post.

Sorry my computer is rendering video now. So I can't give a new report today. But I still have the same issue when playing GW2 in the afternoon (its night here)

Okay, EA has finally found out about this issue again, and I would like to see if there is a possibility for EA to solve the problem within the next two months.
