Server and lagging issues

I have been playing PvZ GW2 few times and every time I trying to play online multiplayer it keeps saying found the best match, but now it’s says failed to connect to the game session, please try again. This is so ridiculous and frustrating because I literally had to restart my Xbox and router and I even changed the region for the country I in which is North America. Earlier today I was playing multiplayer Turk Takeover and after a few matches I took a break and right now it happened again with same issue “ failed to connect game session”.

Also another thing I have been lagging on this game for like a few times and I done the same thing restart my Xbox and router and wait for 30 seconds. I also check my network settings then I checked multiple connection and it says there’s no issue so I hop back on GW2 and I not lagging. Like I said I was lagging while I was playing online multiplayer, but it kept back and forth and I don’t know what’s the servers. I am genuinely upset all I want to do is have fun and play the game.
