(Shadow)Banned on PVZ GW1, how to reset cloud?

I have not received a reply for 2 weeks, I've tried absolutely everything and nothing has helped. I am out of ideas on what to do now, maybe I will try to fix it by messing around with the game's cloud connection. Otherwise, it seems like it can't be helped

    I think there is a high possibility that we are banned by hackers from accessing the PVZ Garden Wafate 1 server game. Because hackers have used something to block the server by freezing our screen.
