Shop bug PvZ heroes +in app purchase

So I jst bought a 23 pack galactic bundle so I can use it for some decks but then I checked the shop and jst see a bug where the gem shop and the pack shop is merged and I can’t click on any option to exit out I can’t buy anything or browse the pack shop either and Ik not sure if I can get my money back or will they give me my items I bought but hopefully either one happens.
