Hey guys, so I'm trying to defeat three super boss waves for a trophy. Since i got garden warfare 2 on launch day I've spent probably 95% of my time in garden ops, it's my favorite mode, but I've only come in contact with 1 super boss in all that time. I'm wondering if there's any known way to increase my odds of getting a super boss? Does it spawn more when you're a plant or a zombie, does difficulty matter? Thanks 🙂
Super boss waves only appear on wave 10 and you have the highest chance of getting a super boss wave on hard/crazy difficulty settings. It's rare to get a super boss wave in this game though (unlike on the first game where it happened often on hard and crazy difficulties)
If you're trying to complete a daily quest just stuck to those two difficulties. Hard mode isn't that difficult with groups of players (or even a good AI team) and crazy mode while a lot easier than the other game is still do able if you know what you are doing and are playing with a good team
