If you haven't already, try support. The PvZ forums lack proper management & there's little to no communication/transparency on issues. You're unlikely to get any form of help from EA on the forums as a result which is depressing (Almost every single PvZ title is pretty much a mess rn and there's no communication on the matter from EA. If you look through the forums, you'll see a lot of unsolved & unanswered issues within the PvZ games).
EA support is really the only option due to how these forums aren't really checked anymore but even then, from what I've heard EA support is not that great... but it is worth a shot I guess. Either that or you have to wait a while to be unbanned because I think(?) they still periodically unban people but I'm not sure.
Skelajon Thanks for the information. I have taken a look at some other posts and yes, apparently EA can help you to fix the bug. I am not sure if they still unban people periodically, because I know a player who got banned 2 or 3 months ago and is still banned. I don't know if he tried to contact with EA support.
I also have discovered that other players also got banned with the lvl 46 exploit in the same day, so it's likely that the cheater started blocking random people.
