Dear EA Support Team,
Hey there, I’m writing this as a long-time Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 player and a huge fan of the game. I’m honestly heartbroken and angry about what just happened to one of our community creators — their account got completely messed up by a hacker using some kind of cheat.
This wasn’t just some random glitch. On October 28, 2024, around 1:16 a.m. Beijing Time, after a multiplayer match, all their characters were suddenly reset to Level 46, and two weird 313 Level Reward Sticker Packs just appeared out of nowhere. After that, they couldn’t join multiplayer at all. People in the community know this Level 46 hack — it’s something cheaters use to destroy legit players’ accounts on purpose. The whole thing was even caught live on stream, so there’s proof of what happened.
What makes this even worse is who it happened to. This creator has been supporting Garden Warfare 2 since 2016. Their channel has over 4.36 million views. They’ve brought so many new players into this game, kept the Chinese PvZ community alive, and made us all love this game even more. Seeing their account — built with eight years of time, love, and effort — destroyed in a minute by a cheater is just soul-crushing.
I’m not writing this just to complain. I’m begging EA to look into this seriously. This wasn’t their fault — they didn’t break any rules. They were targeted just for being an active, positive player in the community. Please, restore their account and take action against this kind of attack. No creator or honest player deserves this.
Because if we let this slide today, what’s stopping it from happening to anyone else tomorrow? We love this game. We love this community. Please, stand with us — the fans who’ve stuck around all these years — and protect the people who keep this game alive.
