How has version 1.4.0 STILL NOT been released for Switch consoles yet

I understand that its a permission issue so it would take a few days longer for the patch to go live for Nintendo consoles, but its been 2 WEEKS since that patch went live and on Switch and Switch 2 its STILL at version 1.3.0 but I gonna ask are we still gonna get that patch?

I am NOT trying to act like I know better about this situation cause I DONT its more so me just being a little frustrated from the longer wait time to get these important patches/updates,  hoping you guys haven't forgotten about giving us Switch (2) players version 1.4.0
