My game in plants vs zombies soft locks itself after a 5-4

As I was playing plants vs zombies replanted on my ps5 after dave introduced the zen garden it soft locks itself if you can fix the issue or give all of the players our money back or something because I tried resetting everything tried a new save but it doesn’t do anything
