This is really interesting. I don't think my account was hacked - I KNOW. It's right in the account history. I have contacted the support group on 3 occasions, the last won referring me to you. So, where would you like to send me now?

We are unable to assist with account-related issues or missing content in games on the Answers HQ forums. This is why you would need to speak with our support for them to look into this further. If you have reached out to them and they were unable to verify information or replace content that appeared to be missing we would not be able to offer further assistance with this matter here.
We can offer troubleshooting for issues you might run into while trying to play an EA game, provide information on current and raised issues, as well as take feedback on our games.

Hi @wormy5687 Wanted to confirm if you were able to get assistance or if you see your Gems? If not Would you be able to share a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) as well as the browsers you're using when you try to purchase Gems?
I have not received my gems. I would be happy to share with you but you will have to walk me through it as I am not very computer savvy.

Hi @wormy5687 I can try to give a guide on how to get your Dxdiag, first to check which Operating system are you using? Also which web browser do you use with Pogo when you made the gem purchases?

@wormy5687 Wanted to check if you still needed assistance, or if this issue was resolved? It has not been resolved but it is at least being investigated. Turns out my account ha been hacked 3 times.

@wormy5687 To confirm you were able to reach out to our support for assistance with this? Yes. On one of my calls they referred me this way. I don't believe I will get the results I'm looking for, but the issue has not been dismissed.
