there is a bug associated with this game your tech support told me I had to report it here. I am winning games and my rating is going down. [removed] fix the problems

Now I don't lose points overnight. New situation just as bad, maybe worse. When an opponent leaves, I lose points. When I win a game against a higher rated player, I lose points. I just won a game against a higher rated player (1179-1130) and my rating dropped to 1113! What now?
You have all that information! One screename (which you used) and one email (which you used). This has been going on for 7 months and many players have complained. You have done NOTHING! Get to work, we pay for this "lack of service".

Can't find the newest post. Losing points overnight seems to have been resolved, but now losing points when I win or lose, lose lots of points when my opponent quits, lose points when the robot loses. When I win a game and actually get some points, I get 1 or 2 against a much higher rated player. Why not ditch the ratings and foolish rankings and level the playing field by just counting wins and losses?
*Shakes my head when I see all these longstanding issues that are not being addressed.
In my opinion and what I will do is end my relationship with Pogo and thus EA as soon as my subscription i done. They churn out tons of new games all the time, and have been ignoring this problem since May. Totally unresponsive. It would be simple to dump the ratings and rankings and chart wins, losses.
Thank you for posting this comment/ question!!! I started looking through help to figure out why the heck this exact thing keeps happening to me!! I play, I win, score initially shows as up (before the game at the end) BUT.... when I leave after the game is over and start a new table, my score has magically changed and is LOWER than is was before I played at all. This is driving me crazy. I have tried every single possible combo for leaving the canasta table after the game ends to return to the main pogo home site OR to any site for that matter without this ridiculous glitch and it STILL happens. It is like the game forces us to play forever with no end in site to not lose points! Someone fix this!!! Make the exit / leave/ return to main pogo site clearer options with some statement (if you click this you will forfeit and lose point, etc...) when applicable. I should not be FURTHER behind in points after winning a game! Driving me nuts
