- cafedelon5 years agoNew Ace@Player_960m21u0 , I'm not an EA employee. I am replying to say I hope something is done to fix this problem people are reporting with Canasta.
In my opinion and what I will do is end my relationship with Pogo and thus EA as soon as my subscription i done. They churn out tons of new games all the time, and have been ignoring this problem since May. Totally unresponsive. It would be simple to dump the ratings and rankings and chart wins, losses.

*Shakes my head when I see all these longstanding issues that are not being addressed.
Can't find the newest post. Losing points overnight seems to have been resolved, but now losing points when I win or lose, lose lots of points when my opponent quits, lose points when the robot loses. When I win a game and actually get some points, I get 1 or 2 against a much higher rated player. Why not ditch the ratings and foolish rankings and level the playing field by just counting wins and losses?

Just checking in. If your ratings are still going down after winning the game, could you send me some more details to help with the investigation:
- What operating system are you using?
- What browser are you using and what is the current version of your browser?
- What are your Pogo player names?

You have all that information! One screename (which you used) and one email (which you used). This has been going on for 7 months and many players have complained. You have done NOTHING! Get to work, we pay for this "lack of service".
Now I don't lose points overnight. New situation just as bad, maybe worse. When an opponent leaves, I lose points. When I win a game against a higher rated player, I lose points. I just won a game against a higher rated player (1179-1130) and my rating dropped to 1113! What now?
I have written about this issue for many months. I have lost 180 rating points in the last 2 days!! It is after I finish a game and leave the site. I have the most recent Windows 10 build. I use Microsoft Edge newest release. My computer passes all of your compatibility marks. I am going to lose it if I read one more newsletter that lists all new games and fixes and CANASTA isn't mentioned!
