@mskool337PU, A few things come to mind that may or may not be causing you to have slow game play.
First, if your computer or device used is older and has 4 GB (gigabytes) of RAM memory (which is used for playing games), there may be problems experienced for you with the HTML5 games. They require more memory to run than the Flash and Java games. The only one way to correct that is to add more RAM chips or to use a newer computer/device with 8GB or more RAM. If you currently have 8GB or more RAM then this is not the cause of slow game play.
Second, if the slow game play only happens some of the times with HTML5 games it could be due to other reasons. If you have several programs or apps running in the background, such as other websites open, emails open, music playing on the computer, etc), these all take some of your RAM memory, and too many programs are running at once, this might cause lag. Close open running programs that are not needed.
Another short term reason for lag is when Microsoft is downloading updates to one's computer. When that finished, the lag ends.
Also if the Pogo servers are having problems, there could be short term lag created trying to run all the games being played at once. However this doesn't usually happen very often. Finally, there may be issues with a particular game that causes lag, although this would not apply to all HTML5 games. For some reason I have lag in moving puzzle pieces every time I play the Jigsaw Treasure Hunter game. That would be something that requires a program change to correct.
