Game freezing

Having issues with Solitary Home Story freezing in the middle of a game.  The game freezes even though there is a playable card and it is flashing that it is a move but the game won't play the card.  It is annoying as it uses up my turns and my boosters constantly.  Please fix this!!

    On Monday, 10/20/25, the game kept freezing and asking to try again. I retried several times but it still kept freezing. I quit the game, closed all open files, turned off the computer, and then restarted the  computer and clicked on the Solitaire Home Story game.  Prior to the game freezing, I was at level 2340 and had all of the rooms on the first floor and most of the rooms on the second floor decorated. Now, I am at level 2 and all the rooms on the second floor are gone!  How do I get the decorated rooms on the second floor back? Thank you.

    I don’t know if anyone reads these messages but I can’t get Solitaire Home Story to load. I checked the forum and apparently others have had this problem too but no solutions. Yes, I restarted my device, cleared my cache and tried three different browsers and no luck so it seems pretty clear the glitch is Pogo’s. Will you be fixing it?

  • I am having the same issue...multiple times this morning.  Of course, every time I am a few cards away from finishing a super hard level...

    Hello! Sorry to hear your game keeps freezing, I understand how frustrating that can be. I took the time to double-check the game before replying to you, and it's functioning on my end. 

    Have you gone through the troubleshooting steps of clearing cache and cookies, checking for system and browser updates and other troubleshooting steps?

    🗺️ Most all of our devices in October 2025 are receiving upgrades and patches this month, whether they run on Windows or Apple. Even if you've already checked, it might be a good idea to check again—sometimes updates can be pending or waiting for a restart.
