Hello! Sorry to hear about your loading issues. I have currently been on the site for about 5 hours now and have not seen this as of yet. Just to double check before replying to you I loaded 3 games and then tried to view the badges while the game was open & viewed the challenge page and did not see any loading issues.
Computers can be somewhat unpredictable and require a bit of maintenance. Additionally, browser-based games consume significant resources and require that our devices remain clean and updated to effectively communicate with Pogo servers.
Currently there are a lot of things going on in technology that is requiring us to keep up with our devices a little more than usual. Whether you are a Windows or Apple user, all of their devices are undergoing significant changes and substantial upgrades. Updates can cause loading issues and a variety of other problems, such as compatibility errors, performance slowdowns, or unexpected crashes, especially if the update conflicts with existing software or hardware configurations.
This week - I checked in the morning and everything was fine, by 4-5pm there are 3 pending and requiring a restart. Looking at my update history on my device, it has gone through 12 updates in less than a month.
This is why we commonly hear "clear your cookies and cache" and check for "browser and device updates". This gives our devices a clean and updated path to speak with Pogo servers. Anytime we see the site acting a bit odd, this is the time to log out and perform these troubleshooting steps.
