Hello 🙂 I completely understand your frustration. When games don't work properly and badge progress isn't being counted, it's incredibly disappointing. I have seen and experienced the "whoops something is broke" and progress stalling, not fun.
The personal information I shared was not to dismiss anyone's experience, but as part of the troubleshooting process. This situation isn't about who's right or wrong or being in agreeance - it's about working together to resolve a frustrating problem.
Since the entire Pogo site isn't affected, the troubleshooting steps help eliminate possible causes.
If you've already tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps, the most effective next action is to report the issue with all the specific details I outlined in my previous post of " How to Report a Problem on Pogo" This gives the team the exact information they need to investigate why is it working for some accounts but not others.
