Pogo, your chat filter is broken or set on strict...it is censoring all of my chat and others. The problem is not on the users end it is yours. You need to fix the chat filter. We cannot help you or do anything on our end.
Its very frustrating. There is no reason you cannot fix the chat situation. We pay for this...fix it please
Yes! Chat is still broken and everything is ########. It's been about 2 weeks since it started! Makes playing games (example: Scrabble) harder and not worth it! It's not just for PC users....its for Macintosh also. Please fix this!
I HAVE SAME ISSUE. CONTACTED YOU A WEEK AGO, AND HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. MY MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL IS DUE END OF DECEMBER. YOU WILL BE LOSING A LONG TIME MEMBER IF NOTRECTIFIED. PLEASEGET BACK TO ME AS YOU HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER. NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH NO WAY OF GETTING IN TOUCH.
