claire hart secrets STILL NOT WORKING since mid October
I have been trying to playing Claire Hart Secrets since October, including during badge events, and buying claire hart badges (also in badge events, especially the recent merit badge event, where I bought the bonus badge thinking it would be a good way of finishing the event, only to discover I couldn't actually play the game, which is SO UNFAIR), and yet there is no way of playing it. This is unfair for events AND daily challenges, as well as the badges I've purchased. In point of fact, the spin to win event has this game on it, and since I can't play, I lose 2 chances to spin for extra power ups or pogis.
And yet, despite the amount of time that has elapsed since the problem first started, there is still no solution from the pogo techs, and, based on the most recent pogo blog, they are not even working on it. How many complaints do I and others have to make for the techs at pogo to fix an on going problem? And there is no way to talk to a pogo tech about it that I have found.
FOR THE TECHS KNOWLEDGE: I have checked that all requirements for playing online at pogo are met by my computer, and there is no problem there. Is doesn't even matter which web browser I use, the same problem occurs. If it is any help, pogo released a free episode shortly before the problem began, and I believe, though I'm entirely certain, only about 95% certain, after I tried to load that new episode just before the problem occurred, or possibly when the problem occurred. Perhaps the problem springs from this episode?
