For at least 15 days, there has been an alert that my August Loyalty Awards are avaialbe, however, when I select Loyalty Awards all that i get is "Whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again." I have tried rebooting my system; clearing browser history; using alternate browsers (including Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. Even attempted on relative's computer while visiting. (i.e. alternate computer) Same lame message for 15 consequtive days! Please fix the delivery code or just add the award to my account and alert me to the nature of the addition to my current account holdings.
What exactly is the point of awarding loyalty awards if you have no intention of fixing the delivery system that allows the user to access them?
Its been a couple months and I can't get my loyalty rewards. Get a message saying something went wrong try again. POGO DON"T FIX CRAP! And you can't reach them directly! Waste of time to go to forum or etc as they don't read them.
A lot of people have not received them. They keep getting the error. I put a case in and they said "it is NOT their problem"!!!! Well, they will see how LOYAL I am when I don't renew since I can't collect my "Loyalty Rewards" !
