Hello Technical Support!

I can NOT collect my "Loyalty Rewards" for this month of August, I have the red dot showing to click on it. But it comes up blank with this error notice on it " Whoops, something broke. Try again?" I have tried the two browsers that I have Edge and Chrome, no luck. Everything is cleared, no luck. SCREEN SHOTS BELOW OF RED DOT FOR LOYALTY REWARD AND ERROR!

Please FIX IT!
