contact pogo

how do you contact? have not been able to purchase gems for 5 days, no reason given. can't get any help.

    Hello! Sorry to hear about not being able to purchase gems, I had this problem the other day myself. Have you tried to delete the card and reenter it?

    I was playing Snowbird Solitaire and I had 261 GEMS. I used SIX while in game and went to use THREE more and got an error. I went to the HOME PAGE and it reads -1 Not 0 but -1.

  • I have had this problem for months and still can't purchase gems. It has been very frustrating. I have tried all the suggestions that I have seen and nothing is working.

    Hello! To clarify you have tried changing your payment information on the gems page, the account page and tried using PayPal correct?

    I have been trying for a week to purchase. No help from pogo, no help from EA. Can't get in touch with either one. What do I do?
