I can answer that. We do offer one-on-one support through EA Help for account and billing issues.

Bug reports work a bit differently, and our support team isn't well-suited to field those. The best place to raise a bug report is here on the EA Forums. So the chatbot was correct to redirect you here if you are looking to flag a bug.

Its the worse for trying to get help. I went to one of their links for help and it wanted me to pay 5 "refundable" dollars. No thanks......

abbycattx While interesting information it doesn't answer the question.
I understand they discontinued phone support. It now seems they have discontinued all support. The only "support" seems to be to post to this forum. Can you please confirm that is correct?
I go to the link EA Pogo Support → Pogo – Official EA Help support and there is no option to contact an Advisor, and if I click report a bug and I get redirected to the forums here.
How can I contact an EA Advisor to open a case as I have done previously?
