For weeks now I have been unable to advance past level 60 on Cookie Connect on Pogo. I have cleared cache, history and cookies on all browsers. I have tried with Chrome, firefox and safari. There has been no change. I have now opened 2 different help tickets with EA and both have been closed without contact to me or any resolution. I have more than enough stars to move past this level and the levels after 60 all show level 70. So there is obviously something happening with the game.

@Nortnmom there are hundreds of levels available to play on cookie connect. The problem is that I can't get to any of them. I have more than enough stars to advance to level 60 so many stars in fact that I have been able to unlock level 90 with no issue. I just can't play any of the levels because they are greyed out. And if you notice in the screenshot many of the levels say the same thing "70" which is clearly a glitch. I have been checking my cookie connect daily since February 15th and nothing has changed. I have filed multiple tickets with EA and nothing as been done. I pay for club pogo yearly and have been for 12 years now. This is pretty unacceptable in my opinion since this game is quite literally unplayable for me at this point.

I completely agree with you! I have been a paying member for over 10 years and I played this game to the point of having 3 stars in every level even level 60 and still can not get to level 61 and above. Quite frustrating for sure. This has been an issue for several months now and I am fed up! Wish they would take this serious and fix it.

@penn1951 It's pretty obvious they don't. When I tried to get help in the pogo forums they told me they couldn't help and sent me here to open a ticket. 2 tickets unceremoniously closed without reason and the only response on this post was to say that the levels I want to access aren't accessible yet. Which is obviously incorrect. SMH. The least that could be done is supporting people who are paying to use a service.

@ElliotLH Thanks, if it was showing up in the wrong place that's also a 'glitch' because I specifically picked pogo to enter my post :-)

@HeavenlyTeddy Like I said in the other two posts... Unfortunately, until EA decides to look into this issue, there is nothing we, as players, can do about it... It is a shame that it stops at level 60 and does not let you advance.

I have read comments on here regarding Cookie Connect. I like the game, but for some reason my game stops at level 60. After that, it is grayed out and repeats the number 70 ten times. Then while still grayed out, goes to 71-80. It stops at a bridge showing the number of stars you need to get past. I currently have 183 stars and it says my current level is 67, but its greyed out.
I have tried clearing the cache. I play in edge. All the other games work in edge. I have no desire to play in another browser. Please fix this game for those of us who are still having issues with this game.

I have this exact same issue as well. I have opened multiple tickets and posted in this forum to no avail.

I ALSO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET PAST THIS...BEEN TRYING FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED..THANK YOU..JCLUHM

From the screenshot it appears that when you took the s shot that area was not open yet. Keep checking to see if it is open now. Let us know itf it isn't available to you yet, :}

I completely agree with you! @Sheridj54 It's ridiculous. Why should I pay for something that apparently I can't get any support for if something goes wrong. They also locked my thread about the issue on the pogo forum and deleted responses. Total BS

@adlahueI also cannot get past level 60. I've tried almost everything that you have but it will not let me get past level 60. I also don't think the EA cares much about POGO players.
