Cookie connect will not launch

I have been trying for days to play this game as one of the several challenges needed to complete. I have tried playing on different devices, logged off/on, restarted my devices, nothing changes. The game goes to the screen telling me to turn my iPad to experience playing the game better, then nothing…If I load the game from a different device, it goes straight to the frozen screen trying to load the game. I even let it sit for 20 minutes once to see if the server was just that slow. All the other games load and play without issues. So my assumption is something is wrong with this one. Kind of disappointed because I love playing on pogo, and was working daily on completing this set of challenges.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

     

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates     
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari) 
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

    I am having the same problem of not loading. Tried my phone, laptop, iPad and computer and all are the same. Not loading. Cleared caches and history like they say and still not working. I agree with you will not be renewing my subscription.

    I am having the same issue now 5 badges I can not get due to problem on your end EA.  Everyone has jumped through hoops to get into Cookie Connect and you keep making it a part of the challenges.  I would never have bought all the challenges if I had known that there were 3 badges for Cookie Connect....  So sad.....

    hasnt been working over a month  and they make 3 badges and a daily, makes no sense

    Same issue as previous entries.....game not loading......It's been like this for a month and EA hasn't done a thing to correct it. I am fed up and completely disappointed in EA's lack of care and concern for subscribers. Seriously considering not to renew service next time they want another payment. "THEY DON'T CARE"..........AND NOW I DON'T CARE EITHER.

    I am having the same issue... The load bar will go all the way, but the game won't load. I have done the suggested steps, but nothing is working on my end. I believe it is on Pogo side of things. 

  • I'm having the same issue. I've tried the recommended steps. It started launching, but then immediately changed to a blank blue screen. I'm only trying to play it for the hunt event. It's not fair that it is now impossible for me to "join the chase" and actually succeed.
