Cookie connect will not launch
I have been trying for days to play this game as one of the several challenges needed to complete. I have tried playing on different devices, logged off/on, restarted my devices, nothing changes. The game goes to the screen telling me to turn my iPad to experience playing the game better, then nothing…If I load the game from a different device, it goes straight to the frozen screen trying to load the game. I even let it sit for 20 minutes once to see if the server was just that slow. All the other games load and play without issues. So my assumption is something is wrong with this one. Kind of disappointed because I love playing on pogo, and was working daily on completing this set of challenges.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
