I have played 3 different poker games and won way more than 2000 coins but I am not being rewarded with the daily rewards.

I tested the challenge before responding and was able to complete it successfully, which suggests the challenge is currently working as intended. One thing to keep in mind is that you should remain in the room until the game has ended for all players and the final statistics screen has appeared, leaving early may prevent your progress from being tracked correctly.
