Farm Merge Daily Sign-in Rewards not received

Did not get the 75 crates here also for the daily reward.  I can't say for other games but since I play FVM every day, I know when do get or do not get the rewards and in the past, have not got any of the FVM rewards from the daily reward.  

I rarely receive the Farm Merge rewards. I collect the reward and it doesn't appear. Sounds like a problem in the game since so many people are reporting. Also the link provided to contact EA support is useless. You can't get to a page to report the correct problem.

I'm experiencing the same thing ... 2 awards for crates that never appeared. Love the game, but VERY disappointed that the rewards never appeared!

game prompts you with your daily login reward for 75 crates. you accept. you then load farm and they are nonexistent. do better, pogo.

Same issue.  Daily rewards are not credited to the account.  I notice it most on Farm merge but I have noticed that on other games nothing is credited either.  This has been an on going situation.   I also don't seem to get the ones that you earned in pogi.  What good is a screen shot.  You know what each daily gift is.    

I had the same problem. Logged into Pogo, chose the daily 75 supply boxes and logged into Farm Merge. Only 40 there. Refreshed, left game, came back in, etc. This is the fourth or fifth time this has happened over the last maybe 6-8 months.

I'm just wondering if we are ever going to receive the 75 crates that we were all awarded with the daily check in this morning.   It would be nice if things that are promised and awarded to us are actually given to us rather than us having to beg for them.

I hate to be pushy but I complained about not getting my 75 crates 12 hours ago and I could really use them now. I'm not happy waiting for the crates clock to tick down.

Ditto - claimed the reward - shows as claimed - went to play the game and the reward was not received - restarted browser - restarted computer - reward still not received. Went back into my "daily rewards" tab - still shows as claimed ... 

When I reported missing crates before, I had a reply that the issue was resolved - but I still never received the missing 90 crates -
