Would love to have contact information for pogo. Can't solve issues. Been a member for over 20+ years. Issues are never resolved. EA isn't doing their job. Can't complete Mahjong Safari badge, Without restarting and I am tired of the same old challenges that takes hours and hours to complete.
Pogo was once a fun game. Now the challenges take hours and hours to complete. The games aren't fun any more as well. Also, numerous games do not work and we must wait until you fix them. Games don't work on chrome nor safari.

Please note: Apple devices are schedule to receive major updates in February 2026.
When updates happen on our devices (Apple or Windows), it can be announced or done quietly behind the scenes without our knowledge. These updates may change the configuration on our devices, this is why it is important to follow the troubleshooting steps advice given here and also from Apple or Microsoft themselves.
🗺️The internet and browsers have fundamentally changed: Not long ago, browsers and devices were simple - you clicked and played. But that's not how things work anymore. Rather it is Windows or Apple device you are using the systems have become complex. How? More options, more security, more updates and more systems interacting with one another.
The modern web/browsers today didn't just “update”, they transformed in recent years. What used to be a straightforward has turned into a layered, highly engineered ecosystem. I know this isn't the simple "click and play" experience it used to be, and I wish it were different. But checking those settings and troubleshooting should get you back in the game. There are many possible combinations of settings, versions, and privacy rules, and any one of them can affect how a browser game loads or saves progress.
I was having an issue with another game and was able to get it passed to a Pogo technical team through EA/Help advisors. I was probably online with them for a total of a couple of hours, altogether, with lots of back and forth and transfers to new advisors to get me to the right department. I had to open a case to get it started, so that's probably a good starting point for you.
