Farm Merge Valley - NO workers

Yes, I have no work in progress and its still shows 0/1 workers available.

Thank you for providing the screenshot of your board and describing the situation further.

When there is work in progress, the construction hat will display 0/1. If I attempt to initiate additional work, this popup will appear. 

Once a task is finished and additional work remains, we can click on the construction hat, and arrows will indicate where the next tasks need to be completed. Please note the construction hat now shows 1/1 (ready for work).

🔍 If your display shows 0/1, it indicates that work is currently being carried out on your board.

However, you stated that " It just disappeared 3 days ago!" and cannot mine, chop wood or open toolboxes. This time frame for completing work is quite lengthy, and I have not yet seen any tasks that require such an extended wait time.

Since Farm Merge Valley is a browser-based game, device configuration can sometimes cause unexpected issues. Would you mind following some steps to help correct the issue?

• Log out of Pogo completely (don't just X out the screen & make sure you have all passwords written down)

No, I cannot work. 

It shows 0/1. Nothing is being done - no mining etc. When I try to mine or cut trees, it says to buy an additional worker. I dont even have the first one!

I've already used the one worker/me to get and clear stuff as you can see below. It just disappeared 3 days ago!

So:

Used to be able to clear things - trees, rocks, etc - but now, when I click to process something it says I need to buy a worker (because my worker disappeared).

Please solve this!

Hello! Sorry to hear you are having an issue with workers in Farm Merge Valley, this is an interesting situation. 

To clarify, we (the player) are the default worker, an additional worker can be rented for 7 days for 99 Gems. Did you make this purchase, and no worker showed up?

What happens when you click on an item to be processed and the construction hat?

Seriously, why launch a game with so many bugs??? Are we being used as the beta testers? I'm not paying for that!  All games launched within the last 6  months are riddled with bugs.

This one - this bug - is simply preventing me from playing that game. 

I have reported it twice on Forums and twice here. No reply.

Workers 0/1. Not busy, not anywhere, not hidden in one of the mining/cutting/box opening available.
