Farm Merge valley not responding

my tool icons cant be clicked on.. None of the farm icons, packages or anything can be clicked on other then the chat.. its like its frozen .. even after several reboots cold starts and cache and browsers files being deleted.. My phone wont even allow me to play or click on any of the upgrades rewards or packages..    Please help me.
