My dailies kicked off this morning as usual around 8:30am. I did quite a bit of work toward these dailies (to the tune of 4 completed daily challenges) and all of a sudden farm wouldn't save (it is 11am now, it had saved many times since). I refreshed, and it was as if I had not touched the game at all since 8:30am.
This is the same stuff that happens to Merge Academy so frequently.
I'm actually pretty angry, not only because pogo is still completely absent from the other issues surrounding this game (sticker book 1st completion rewards missing, constellation rewards missing) but I don't have a lot of time to devote to this game today.
It appears that no one is even going to respond to our plight.
GAME IS NOT SAVING PROPERLY, AND THIS MIGHT BE WHY???????????
October 31, 2026, 9:35pm - just before retiring for the evening last night, I had this:
DAILY COMPLETED AT 6:45PM with 18 hours left
My Crown Points were at 279,080 and on Level 55, (which I've been stuck on now for almost 2 weeks)
November 1, 2026, 6:03am - Upon wakening and turning on computer for the morning, and checking farm this is what I found:
DAILY HAD RESET TO 7/10 NOW WITH 7 HOURS LEFT ON NOVEMBER 1, 2026
My Crown Points were NOW AT 247,928 and of course STILL ON LEVEL 55.
My trees that I FINISHED CHOPPING, were back
my crates that I started on their 2 hour trek overnight were moved back to where they were originally and the trees were ready to harvest, NOT THE CHESTS
My coin's OBVIOUSLY, had reset back over 32,000 crown points, and all my stuff that I set up and harvested were changed to HOURS before.
All the MERGES for the bricks and the wood, not only went back to the lower levels, but I had rearranged them and moved them to the back of the farm. WELL I GUESS THEY DIDN'T LIKE IT BACK THERE, they moved to their original positions.

OK - NOW THE PICTURES FROM THIS MORNING! NOVEMBER 1, 2026 - AFTER THE RESET - AGAIN, AND THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2 WEEKS!
So, how does one explain this????????? NO ONE IS RESPONDING, AND I WAS TOLD BECAUSE IT'S RANDOM AND NOT EVERYONE IS EXPERIENCING THE ISSUE, SO THEY DON'T CARE! THEY HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS BEFORE THEY DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!

I'm having the same issues. My progress keeps disappearing. I'm on a desk top using firefox. It keeps my coins and won't give me credit for them either. takes away all my progress in the sticker album.
and now the daily badge on the farm is not working on this account! It is working on my other account. So I'm guess this is just my main account that is BROKEN.
