Farm Merge Valley only generating wheat

I cleared my cache and it worked - not just wheat. Don't know if it was EA or clearing the cache.

Can't play like this.....

Thank you for the update, EA_Lanna​ .  People just playing the game for the first time today, though, are likely unaware of the issues as there's no in-game service alert function.  More people will be wasting valuable resources and looking for compensation as a result.

Pogo_Sconnie just shared a service update on this. Here's what it says:

We’re aware of an issue where Supply Crates are only spawning Wheat Lv1 rewards. This appears to be widespread and began recently.

What we know:

• All crate openings are consistently yielding Wheat Lv1
• The issue persists across restarts and after waiting for crate regeneration
• Treasure chests may not be affected in some cases

 

Status: Investigation is in progress with the team actively working to reproduce and identify the root cause.

Next Steps: We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information or a fix timeline.

Yep! It would be great if EA would compensate users when the power-ups/etc. we've purchased get eaten up by game bugs! That alone is an ongoing issue. 

I'm having the same issue. Only wheat is being produced from the brown boxes. It started when I received one of those signs? flags? for leveling up production of goods This particular sign is all white with no picture of anything on it. 

Lets hope they give us all some extra boxes because we have lost so many other items just producing wheat

I'm having the same issue. I've run out of my other products I had built up so I can't fill any orders unless I want to pay for the missing ingredients. And I agree  that it happened when they installed the new update.
