Rainy Day Spider Solitaire

I am on my third bingo card and the only Challenge I have not finished is the one for Spider Solitaire. I have completed the challenge numerous times but do not get credit for the completion. This is preventing me from collecting the 40 gems for completing the card and starting on my fourth card. Very frustrated at this point. Can't figure out how to contact customer service to resolve the issue.

On my Bingo card I do not see the Rainy Day Spider Solitaire game. Do the games change once you finish a Bingo card? If they do, what instructions are provided for Rainy Day card?
