Farm Merge Valley Sticker Book & Endangered Species Badge Collection Rewards

Finished the sticker book but did not receive the rewards of 3500 energy and 2750 crates. Is there a fix am I getting them later or am I just out of luck? [Title Updated for clarity. EA_Claus]

My game started freezing today at the worst time. I had just completed the card album and was being awarded by prizes. When I got it to move again I had apparently missed out on over 2000 crates and 3000 energy.

Pogo can you please check the situation out and give me items?
