Farm Merge Valley Sticker Book & Endangered Species Badge Collection Rewards

Finished the sticker book but did not receive the rewards of 3500 energy and 2750 crates. Is there a fix am I getting them later or am I just out of luck? [Title Updated for clarity. EA_Claus]

I had sent a message on Sept 16 that I had completed the sticker album but had not received my reward for the 3500 energy plus 2750 boxes of supplies. I have received no response at all to my message and I still have not received my prize. Why has this not been fixed yet? When can I expect to receive my prize?
