Farm Merge Valley Sticker Book & Endangered Species Badge Collection Rewards

Finished the sticker book but did not receive the rewards of 3500 energy and 2750 crates. Is there a fix am I getting them later or am I just out of luck? [Title Updated for clarity. EA_Claus]

I have not received my rewards for My First Album in Farm Valley Merge: 3500 ENERGE & 2750                                                                                                                                                            CRATES

Also, in POGI PASS, I did not received any of the Farm Valley Merge Crates, in the LAST CONSTILLATION.

Thank you for your quick response, Helen.
