Missing 90 crates from the Farm Merge Valley when level 50 was completed of the constellation.

Ok, on the "Official Support Website" the above reply was posted on 14-Sep. Today is 16-Sep and the "make-good rewards" still haven't shown up. How long does it really take to pull the data on this and "make-good"? I would think a couple of scripts run against the game database on your side would do the trick.

The extra energy and crates would be REALLY helpful right about now, since I'm clearing a bunch of land of rocks and trees.

Oh, and making sure the solution to the original problem would also be great since I'm getting close to filling the second sticker album...

We have an update to share about this situation, from the official support website. 

We’re aware of reward issues affecting some players in Farm Merge Valley and the Endangered Species Badge Collection.

Some players did not receive the rewards they earned for completing the Farm Merge Valley Sticker Book, while others may be missing rewards from Pack 1 of the Endangered Species Badge Collection.

Our team is working to identify impacted players and provide the appropriate make-good rewards.

We appreciate your patience while we work to get these rewards to everyone affected.

Filled the book, did not get the rewards

Upon completing the sticker book I did not receive all the energy and crates AND in the Pogis rewards on the last one I chose 80 Crates and on this new one I chose 10 crates and then just now I chose 20 crates. 

I have received NONE of them.

I am getting BONUS merges in Farm Valley. However, they are not counting towards my challenge. I'm on level 27 and finished a sticker book yesterday. Would love to use all these extra bonus crates (thank you) towards my challenge but they're just not being awarded to me. Help!

Finished some stickers and no rewards. Really wish you folks would fix the games you have BEFORE starting new ones!!!!!!

Farm merge, merge academy, matching moments, etc....  ALL have issues that have made game play almost impossible.  I completed a sticker set, 500 crates and 500 energy...  NO ENERGY!!!!  As I read through the forum, I see all games are having issues.
