farm merge
when you choose an item - like crates - that you won the prize just disappears it your crates are full already. I hope there is a way to fix that like the daily prize bubble.

Yes, same thing here and it's happend more than once. I was at zero crates and then won the 90 crates on the Elyra event, but it only filled my crates in game to 40 crates (which is the max when it refills automatically). One time, I was awarded crates and when I went into the game it showed the added crates, then as soon as I opened a recipe that was done, the crates went back down to 40. Why bother earning rewards if we can't use them!?!
