Farm Merge

I've been playing this merge game a lot and I have 25000 coins and I've long been ready to activate another section but the next one is still not available. Is this a glitch or does that small parcel of land cost more that 25000 coins? We used to see the cost as we were playing so we could see when we would get it, but that stopped...so I guess my question would be asking if there is a way to see the cost of each bundle of land AND if this is a glitch - please fix it..

Does it have a Lock with a Level Number? Those you can not access until you reach that level, and it apparently does not tell you the amount until you get there.
Found this old screenshot which may be more applicable.
I had three land areas unlocked, and it shows the number of coins for each (red). Other land areas are still locked because I had not reached the specified level yet (blue).
