Currently there are no reports of not receiving crystals when completing orders as of yet. However, there could be a few reasons why gamers could suddenly see a stall in progression. Please take a moment to work through the troubleshooting steps, it is also important to log out of Pogo completely and log back in, don't just X out of the page (please make sure you know your password to get back in).
