I can finally get past 22% loading on both my Apple iPads still using Safari. Finally I get to see and play the “new” roll out! Thank you thank you!

Version numbers matter - Safari 17.5 might work while 17.6 doesn't
Patterns reveal causes - Is everyone stuck at 22% has macOS 14.5, or something else?
Device specs help - M1 Macs might behave differently than Intel Macs
