Garden Blast - Missing Content

Garden Blast  I won the daily task and it doesn't give me the prize.  This happens a lot in this game.  Please fix it.

    At times our devices just need a quick refresh. Cleaning up temporary files, installing updates, and rebooting can reset background processes that handle tracking and progression. After restarting and logging in again, items that seemed to be missing often show up because the system reconnects and syncs properly.

    If the troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please reach out to EA Help for assistance!

  • I had a lot of Star Chests saved up in Garden Blast (24 or so). They all disappeared yesterday. I’m guessing there was some sort of glitch or reset. 
    Please replace my content. 

  • I just played 3 games of Garden Blast and used bombs in all 3 of them. I did not get credit for them. 

  • For the last two days daily task and star chest gifts have not been awarded. Every time I click on the gift box it disappears. I've cleared cache and cookies and still the same error each time. How can this be fixed?

    I did everything you said to do and I don't have chrome. It's still not working, at least give us the credit for it.

  • I am having the same issue. The game is not working it is not us. Pogo please check again or at least check on our actual progress.

    Hello and welcome to EA Pogo Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with prizes in Garden Blast. Not receiving your prize should absolutely not be happening, especially when it is occurring repeatedly.

    I just checked Garden Blast on my end, and the Claim button is showing and working correctly, which may point to something specifically on the device interfering with the ability to collect rewards.

    When Pogo or any website is not functioning properly, it’s always a good idea to log out. Clear out cookies and cache and ensure our browser and device are fully up to date. These steps assist in providing our devices with a clean pathway to communicate.

    Since this involves missing prizes and rewards, this needs to go directly to EA Help, they have the specialized tools to investigate what is happening and hopefully recover your missing rewards!
